Sailing by to say...

I made a set of 4 6 in. x 6in. cards in a nautical theme, they're fab! Click below to see...

The journey awakens the soul...

A few posts back I showed you some Journey cards with motorcycles on them. Well, I re-created those cards, but with a car instead of a motorcycle and I used a different Journey sentiment. Click below to see...

The Journey

It's best to focus on the Journey, not the destination. That's what this set of cards is all about, the journey. And it's a journey on Motorcycles! Take a look...

More Hexagons!

I was just putting my hexagon stamps away and thought of a few more card ideas. So, one for the guys and 2 for the gals!

Hexagons!!!

Hey there! So, it's simple, Hexagons can be pretty, cool and fun! I had fun making these 12 cards. It took me about 2-1/2 hours to do these, it wasn't easy to keep everything in line and switching back and forth between stamping blocks. But, it was fun mixing things up and getting to play with 2 older stamp sets I have that I'll never get rid of because they're versatile. Now, to come up with more creations with them, hmmm! For now, here's these...

Let's get on the road

Let's get on the road, a new adventure is always waiting around every corner. Here are some masculine cards with cars, well, I guess they could be used for a lady who likes cars as much as I do! Vroom, Vroom!

Man of the Moment

Hey Y'all, I'm back, and jeez do I have TONS of cards to share!!! The last time I updated my blog was Feb. 2025. I will admit I slacked on updating, but in my defense, I've been making a TON of cards. So, here's the first newest update, and many more posts to come!

Holy sh!tballs A missed card!

Holy sh!tballs, how in the world did I miss posting this to my blog? This was the first card I made with the "Holy sh!tballs You're Awesome" stamp (the word is spelled out, but I'm being prim and proper).

Click the link below to see this card, you won't want to miss it, it's just GREAT!!!

Sail Away for your Birthday (2 cards)

I had to make a masculine Birthday card, so I decided to go with a sailboat. I wanted to make an extra one to have on hand, so I made a slightly different card but these are 2 card layouts different than I've ever done. Here are 2 sneak peeks, but you know what you have to do to see the full cards...

Cheers to you, Guy!

A male friend recently had a birthday so I used the SU! "Whiskey Business" stamp and die set to make him a card. I don't have a preview, so...

Snoopy Rocks...and rides!

I got bored one day and was sorting my stamps and came across my Snoopy Rides stamp and realized I hadn't made anything with it in such a long time. So, I decided to make something with it just for fun. I ended up sending this card to my daddy and he loved it.

Here's a TINY sneak peek, you know what to do to see the whole card...

Masculine Thinking of You's

It's not too often that I make thinking of you cards for men, but I will be doing more from now on because they've recently come in handy. Here is a sneak peek of a set of 3 (similar but different) cards that I made, CLICK BELOW TO SEE THE CARDS.

A Cowboy Birthday

I made a set of 6 Cowboy Birthday cards. Here is a sneak peek, CLICK BELOW TO SEE THE FULL CARDS

A musical birthday

I had to come up with some birthday cards for guys. I came up with an easy and simple layout with an acoustic guitar and a woodgrain background.

Classic (car) Birthday wishes

I didn't used to have many stamp sets for guys (but I have lots more now!), so my stamping friend sent me some classic car stamped images and some car themed papers. I came up with 2 cards, similar but slight differences. These cards were made in Nov. 2022

LLAMA Just Say, these are cute cards!

I recently got a new stamp and die set, "llama just say" from Sugar Pea Designs. I couldn't wait to play. I came up with a great simple yet exciting layout and created 6 similar cards. The hardest part about these cards was coloring all the llamas and their accessories and putting the bakers twine and strings together. I think they came out awesome. Here's a sneak peek, click click below to see the full cards.

Holy $h!t Balls!

HAHA, I LOVEEEEEEEEE this stamp! I found it in the $1.00 bin at Viva Las Vegas Stamps. I keep this stamp in a very secret place where no one will find it (sometimes that no one includes myself and my brain farts! LOL) I know most people would find this offensive, but I mean, come on...come on...COME ON! You know this is HILARIOUS!

Anyhow, I made 6 cards with this sentiment. For guys, for gals, whatever! I just think this is great. I totally could have made about 20 of these alternating card layouts. Who knows, maybe I will!!!

Classic Birthday

In addition to my mom and my brother having a birthday in April, my daddy's birthday is in April as well. Usually I make him a fish, a lighthouse or something like that, but I got this stamped image from a friend and figured I'd make him a classic car card this year.

Kick Ass Birthday!

This is a cute little ass! Just for my brother, haha. He is currently stationed in S. Korea (he's in the AF) and my SIL and 2 nephews are there with him. I miss them all so much. We don't talk as much as I'd like to, but I make sure to send them their b-day cards every year, no matter where they are!
This time, my brother gets a kick ass cool card from his bad ass sissy. haha

Missing You, Brother

My youngest brother lives half way across Country from hubby and I. I miss him a lot. We used to have so much fun together. Now, we hardly talk at all. He works a lot, but I still wish we could talk more. Every now and then I send him a letter and a card, he loves my cards, so I hope he'll like this one.

I used 2 different embossing folders for this card, and mini staples to hold the flag down.
Here's the sentiment inside the card. I accidentally made my watermark on it too big, but had already saved the pic, so couldn't go back, LOL It says "you're never more than a thought away.". I think of him often, I wonder if he thinks of me?!

Cards that are quick and simple, yet sophisticated or vintage looking are really easy to make. Once you have a general idea of your layout and your supplies, or just your supplies and making a thought turn into a card, you could make a ton of these small ones at once to have on hand for family or friends.

I hope you like this one, come back soon to see more because I have some more to share!
