Oh DEER, it's Christmas! 3 cards

I had to make a LOT of Christmas cards this season. I had an order for 18 cards, plus I had to do 15 for my own card list. Let's just say my craft room DID survive, but there is paper and cardstock EVERYWHERE! and I'm not exaggerating. LOL I keep my floor clean and vacuumed so I'm able to put some on the floor and I have a very cluttered card table that I put the rest of my paper on. I have to spread all the deco paper all out so I can see what I have. My hands still haven't recovered from all the making and my arthritis is flared up in my fingers and hands!

Anyhow, here are the cards I made, I'll give you a sneak peek at each one, but you have to click below to see the full cards.

Meowy Christmas

Every year fur Christmas (and birthdays, valentines day) I either buy or make (usally make) a card for Hubby from the furbabies. This year we have 2 furbabies, not just 1, Stormy got a BROTHER! Our newest boy just turned 10 months old (to the day) on Dec 26th. We got him when he was exactly 5 wreks old and bottle fed him til he was 3 months old (he begged for it and wasn't doing well eating wet or dry food til then). So I got to make this card and I put all the personality of our new boy into it!
Click below to see what I came up with!

No Business like Snow business #3 of 3

Well, you've made it to the last post of the polar bears. These little guys sure know how to have some fun!

this one is a different than the others, polar bears and snow background stamped in a different color, SU! Not Quite Navy. The flags are placed differently and the snowflake is a tad different.

The snowflake has a paper one that I inked, but also some iridescent snowflake confetti  with a brad in the middle. I also put some stickles on the little flags.

A sentiment inside and more of the snowflakes.

Here is a pic of all 3 cards, I think it made a cute trio, how about you?

I hope you've enjoyed viewing my trio of christmas cards, I hope they inspire you to make something that's snow much fun! Come back soon, I will have lots more cards to share with you.

No Business like Snow business #2 of 3

Here is card #2 of the polar bear set I made. Other than the polar bears, everything else is different.

These little guys are so cute, they are just having snow much fun!

For the flags, I cut out some short strips of the paper pad and made flags. I added some silver stickles to them and I used more of my red sharpie colored staples. I stapled them as X's, not sure why I did that, I just did, but it came out alright!
The snowflake is another paper snowflake topped with snowflake confetti and a brad.

Here is the inside, sentiment inside, and the snowflakes flowing in the wind.

I don't know about you, but I love Christmas, not as much as I did when I was younger but still like it.  My favorite thing about winter IS snow! I don't like having to drive in it, but I like watching it snow through the windows. So lovely!
I told hubby, if we could, I'd leave our Christmas tree up all year. It's a beautiful white one and we have blue lights to put on it. All of our ornaments are old time style, and a few hallmark ones that we got many years ago. Every year now, we buy an ornament and I write the year on the back of it.

Well anyhow, that's this card, check the next post for the 3rd polar bear card (different than this one and the first one).

No Business like Snow business #1 of 3

That's right, during winter, it's all snow play! Here are 2 little guys playing in the snow. I made 3 completely different versions of this card, so the next 2 posts will be of these little cute polar bears in the snow!

I stamped the little polar bears and colored them where needed. I stamped the sentiment above  them
I cut some small strips of deco paper to make flags and I put them under the main focal point.

I made the snowflake with 1 paper snowflake that I inked up in a light blue and then I added some snowflake confetti and added a brad to hold it all together. I used some red ribbon with snowflakes on it to tie the card all together. I love how it all turned out.

I did a sentiment on the inside and more of the snowflakes stamped at the top. (I think I did that on ALL of my christmas cards last year. LOL)

Well that is this card, be sure to check the next 2 posts as they will be a bit different than this card, but still have the little polar bears.

Christmas Sparkle

Here's yet another Christmas card that I found that I never posted. I will try and do a remake of this one this year...mixing it up a bit and changing some things.

Here's a sneak peek, click below for the rest of the card...

Christmas Joy

I am so behind on posting my Christmas cards from 2016, but I'm getting them done, and seeing all of them is actually putting me in the spirit to make some more christmas cards for this year! Of course, they will have to wait until all my Halloween cards are done. Hubby and I are HUGE fans of Halloween...We have some Halloween stuff here and there throughout the house, plus all of our Nightmare Before Christmas stuff, we have LOTS of that stuff as decoration. :D

Anyways, here is the card, sneak peek, click the link below to see the rest.

Merry Merry

I found some more hidden christmas cards in my folder that I never posted, so here they are. I made 15 of these cards, all the same, it was just easier because we had 35 christmas cards to send out so these went to some people and the rest of my more time taking cards went to family and close friends and relatives.

Here is a sneak peek, click below to see the full card.
