I used the SU! scalloped border punch for the blue paper. I used a chipboard "Hi!" and some little flags that I cut from my stash of strips of deco cardstock. I used some thin flower and leaves, I used one of my pink SU! markers to give it some more color because it had not a lot of color and it really needed it.
There is only a little dimension to this card.
So yeah, you can make cute quick cards in a flash! Come back soon I have more stuff being posted because I was so behind on blog posts.
