If you need a quick card, just take a decorative paper/cardstock and punch both sides with a border punch (which is what I did with the orange, at a few cute little flags underneath, and any other embellishments you might. I had this stitched flower and a round chipboard piece. I just layered the flower on top of it.
If you have a "hello" die, or a cutting machine you can make the sentiment. I had a die that cuts the whole alphabet so I had to cut twice to get 2 "L" for the hello.
You can see the dimension that the chipboard and flower makes.
