I made this cute Tilda and Edwin card for my brother as a thinking of you card. I am in Vermont and he is Montana. He told me he keeps all of the cards I make him on a shelf (but that the shelf was getting pretty full--I told him to put them in a photo album).
Anyhow, here is the card I made for him. I used the most masculine papers I had on hand...I don't make many masculine cards, so I don't keep stocked up, but I think I should, just in case!
Here's a close up, I colored the image with my prismacolored pencils and blended with gamsol. I love the patches on Edwin's overalls, so cute! I went with a darker skin tone on Edwin because my brother is mixed race, so I had to get his skin tone just right.
Here is the sentiment and all the string that I used. that was a lot of string! I was just trying to tie them into the colors of the card since there really wasn't any embellishments I could on it
Well that's it for this card. Thank you for stopping by, please come back I have more cards to share!
Keep on Craftin'
