A Cowboy Birthday

I made a set of 6 Cowboy Birthday cards. Here is a sneak peek, CLICK BELOW TO SEE THE FULL CARDS

I made all 6 cards the same layout but I changed up the colors. I hand colored all of stamped images with my prismacolored pencils and blended with gamsol, so they all look similar, but each is different.

These cards were fun to make, I didn't use traditional cardstock for all the components of the card. I used mulberry paper to make the flags on the cards and then put burlap on top of that.

I distressed the burlap, pulling it apart to give it a more worn look

I used different sentiments inside each card.

Here's a card with different colors

And of course, a different sentiment inside

I really love how these cards came out, each being different but similar, and the textures of the cards are something I really enjoyed playing around with.

I hope you enjoyed this card and that it gave you some inspiration to make something rustic for the man/men in your life.

Check back soon, I have lots of other crafts to share because I'm still catching up on updating my blog with all my crafty makes from this year (there is a LOT of them, I've made 3x the cards this year so far than I made all of last year!)

Keep on Craftin'!
