For this card, I wanted to make a focal point but also let the sentiment be bold.
I heat embossed a large flower bouquet on SU! Tempting Turquoise in silver embossing powder. I also heat embossed the just for you sentiment. I cut a picture frame out using 2 dies nested together to make a big bottom border and big side borders. I water colored a small flower and fussy cut it out and adhered it to the frame border. I wrapped purple embroidery floss around the front and inside of the card so I could make a bow on the outside. The frame and the sentiment and flower are all 3D and popped off the card because I used 3D foam tape.
