Thanksgiving Custom Ordered Card

I had a friend custom order a card from me for her mother-in-law for thanksgiving. She said each year they have a contest to see who can come up with the most gushy cards for the holidays. LOL well, it appears that my handmade card won it for her this year! *YAY ME*
I even wrote the poem that I put on the inside of the card!

Here is the front:
Click below to see the inside and read my poem!

Here is how the front looks without the shine:

For the tree image, I used the inkadinkado mini clear stamp "fall colors" but I used the tree from that 2 stamp set. I used an iridescent copper embossing powder and heat embossed it. on the background paper, I embellished the pumpkins with swirls and flourishes that I altered from my sizzix sizzlits decorative corners die. I cut the flourish corners out and then cut them with my scissors to make them just swirls. I adhered them to the pumpkin tops on the card with glossy accents.

I didn't have the right color of prima pearls to match, so I started with sunflower yellow and colored them with my E59 Walnut copic. they match perfectly now and are nice and shiny! I cut the scalloped circles with my scalloped circle nestibilities and inked the embossed white circle with my stampin up pumpkin pie ink pad.I tied on some prima sheer brown ribbon with a nice bow. :) the background cardstock is all bazzil cardstock.

Here is the inside poem:

I wrote this poem myself. I typed it in word and printed it out. The main font is Carmine Tango which I downloaded for free from DaFont.com. a couple of the words and the bottom 2 lines are typed in Script MT Bold.
I layered the printed sentiment on bazzil cardstock after distressing the edges with stampin up pumpkin pie ink. for the swirls I just cut more of the photo decorative corners and I arranged them  sideways on the "back" of the poem. this made them upside down and swirling around the square. I love how it turned out!

Well I hope you like my card!
Keep on Scrappin' and please, be kind to one another!
