Sunflower Hello

A little while back, a friend sent me some Sunflower images. It was a real challenge to figure out how to use them. I LOVE the sunflower image, but it took me 2 days of fussin' with different card layouts and I finally settled on one.

Here is a preview, click below to see the rest of the card....

So, here is what I came up with...

I fussy cut the sunflower...

I used a small hello stamp for the greeting. I added a small butterfly to match the bigger blue butterfly that is on the flower.

To make some flags, i used the honeycomb embossing folder, and I used SU! Chocolate Chip and inked the folder before I embossed. I also used the woodgrain folder and did the same thing.

I added this cute little bee to the sunflower...yes, I fussy cut it, too.

I like the blue butterfly. took me a while to decide if I should add it.
The leaves, I hand cut and drew the lines. It is cut out of green mulberry paper.

I hope you liked this card. I'm still on the fence about it.
Thank you for coming by to look!

Keep on Craftin'
