A forgotten Halloween Card

 I made this Halloween card for my hubby in 2022, and I forgot about posting it. Here's a sneak peek, you know what you have to do to see the rest of the card...

This is the card I came up with. It was really fun to make, it took a few steps and some techniques to make it.

All the stamped images are colored with my prismacolored pencils and blended with gamsol and then die cut with the stamp sets matching dies. 

The background is all Distress Oxide ink blended with my blending brushes and then I sprayed it with my silver homemade shimmer mist. I wanted it to look more like the night sky so I used a metallic silver marker and made dots and dashes here and there 

The kitties are colored to look like our kitties (though Stormy-the one the witch is holding has now passed over the rainbow bridge). 

I put the other kitty, our boy Sparky on top of a pumpkin since he loves to climb on everything here at home, I figured he'd probably climb on pumpkins in  pumpkin patch.

For the sentiment I heat embossed it in white on the black cardstock. I used an orange brad and attached it to the sentiment flag only and then used some 3D foam pop dots to pop it up off the card.
