This past March hubby and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary (we'll celebrate 26 years together this October!). I made him a cute kitty card. You know what you have to do to see it...
This card was so fun to make. The design was easy to come up with and the card was easy to complete.
I colored the kitties with my prismacolored pencils and blended with gamsol and then die cut them with the coordinating dies to the stamp set. I colored hubby's kitty brown and mine grey and I gave mine a stripe pattern
I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder to give the card some dimension and inked the raised dots. After cutting the scalloped oval out of the middle I made a pretty sunset like background. I don't have a die that makes a wavy flag so I hand drew it and then stamped the sentiment on it. I had to do it word by word since the stamp isn't curved, so it's not perfect, but that's ok because I don't think handmade cards need to be prefect! I added 2 little hearts and that's all.
Thank you meowy much for stopping by to look at my card today, check back soon as I have a lot more to share with you!
Keep on Craftin'!
