No Bones About It, You're GRRREAT!

When I sent the hedgehog card to one of our nephews I had to come up with something to send to his brother. I came up with a GRRREAT dino card. You know what you have to do to see it!

I had so much fun making this card. I think it came out cute and our nephew really dug it!

For the sentiment tag/embellishment area, I didn't have the decorative paper I needed to make elements on this card, so I made my own with stamps that I had. I used the dino feet tracks stamp and then 2 other stamps I had to make other backgrounds. I used a staple that I colored a row of (staples) orange with my sharpie marker to hold it all together. 

I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder to give the bottom layer of cardstock some texture and I inked the dots brown so that they stood out more.

The little dino's turned out really cute, I only used the top layer stamp instead of both the bottom and the top. On each of the circles I alternated colors to be opposite of each dino.

So, I hope you found this card to be DINO-mite, I only made 1 of them, but I think I'm going to replicate it (and use different colors) to make a few more for some kids birthday cards.
